A. Leigh Corbett

Biography:

Alexa is an unequivocally accomplished writer with a vast repertoire of knowledge at her disposal. Her personal achievements within the literary field have enabled her to excel within more diverse industries alongside the executives that run them. Born into a CEO-family, Alexa was raised as the daughter of a Fortune 500 executive. "Business case studies" were family dinner discussion topics; political dissection and economics become their hors d'rduvers, and creative marketing strategies were the games they played--as a result, technology, finance, and medical devices are a few industries that Alexa naturally gravitates towards, and wherever her interests are engaged--so are the clientele she's catering to.

Alexa Leigh Corbett (A. Leigh Corbett) authored fourteen books by the conclusion of 2017. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Chapman University; her MFA thesis, Boxes, was published a few months following her graduation in July 2017. Back in 2015 while still an undergraduate, Alexa released four books in four different genres on the same day in December: poetry, fiction, a short story collection, and a memoir. She has over 850 poems published between nine poetry books. Her fiction has appeared in Black Heart Magazine, Torrid Literature Journal, Writers Tribe Review, and Chapman Magazine. She is also a member of Sigma Tau Delta, The International English Honors Society, and holds Presidential membership status with The National Society of Leadership and Success.

As an artist, Alexa has produced a total of 195 paintings in addition to other works; 35 of those paintings were created during the first quarter of 2018. Back in October 2017, RAW Artists recruited Alexa for a January 2018 art show in Costa Mesa, California. Prior to that, Her painting "Stained Glass" has been featured on the cover of Calliope: Art & Literary Magazine, and was displayed alongside her other watercolors in their own exhibit at Chapman University in 2014.
