Officer Ross Fallah

Ross Fallah serves as the Senior Parking Services Officer for the Laguna Beach Police Department. He began working for the LBPD in 2008. Before his time as an officer, Fallah also participated in Laguna Beach's Volunteer Citizens On Patrol program (C.O.P.), assisting the LBPD as a volunteer. 

Officer Fallah is also the coordinator for the LBPD Citizen's Police Academy, a 12 week course that allows the police department to engage with Laguna Beach's local residents. The academy addresses several topics, including the history of the Laguna Beach Police Department, investigations, traffic enforcement, accident investigation, driving under the influence investigation, gangs, narcotics, neighborhood watch, crime prevention, crime scene investigation, police K-9 program, and volunteer programs. Officer Fallah first became involved with the Citizen's Police Academy when he participated as a civilian in 2001. The program has had over 500 participants since it began in 1998.
