1. The promoter of the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway is Centerfield Media Holding Company, a Delaware corporation, doing business as InMyArea.com (“InMyArea.com”) whose principal office is located at 12130 Millennium Drive, Ste 600 Los Angeles, CA 90094. 
2. Employees of InMyArea.com or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway or helping to set up the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway shall not be permitted to enter. 
3. Persons must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have reached the age of majority under the laws of the state where they reside to apply for the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway. 
4. Only lawful residents of the United States are eligible to enter. 
5. Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
6. There is NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE RAFFLE FOR THE Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway. Any purchase or consideration otherwise given by entrants will not improve one’s chances of being selected for the prizes. 
7. Giveaway Period: The Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway is ongoing and a winner will be chosen at random the first Tuesday of every month.

14. The entrants specifically acknowledge that the prize package will be provided by InMyArea.com, and that the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any of the companies whose products or services are provided to Recipients. 
15. InMyArea.com will mail, email, or hand-deliver the prize package to the Recipients. 
16. Recipient acknowledges that participation in the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway will be as an independent contractor. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by accepting the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway. 
17. The recipient has no authority to bind InMyArea.com to contracts, make any agreement or representations on InMyArea.com’s written consent. The recipient shall not be eligible to participate in any vacation, group medical or life insurance, disability, profit sharing, or retirement benefits, or any other fringe benefits or benefit plans offered by InMyArea.com to its employees. InMyArea.com is not responsible for withholding or paying any income, payroll, Social Security, or other federal, state, or local taxes, making any insurance contributions, including unemployment or disability, or obtaining worker’s compensation insurance on the Recipient’s behalf. The recipients acknowledge that any prize is subject to all applicable taxes. The recipient is solely responsible for all such taxes or contributions, including penalties and interest.

19. The Recipients agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material associated with the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway. Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current federal and state data protection laws. 20. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The opportunity to participate in the Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway is not transferable. InMyArea.com reserves the right to substitute the prize with items of equivalent value without giving notice.

24. Pay Your Internet Bill Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by California law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
