Rise Internet Plans & Best Deals

Rise Broadband has officially rebranded to Rise Internet. As a trusted provider in rural and suburban communities, they are bringing a modernized, "no compromises" approach to home connectivity. We have reviewed their latest deals and promotional structure, and their new plans are straightforward, dependable, and packed with high-speed value.

Top Rise Internet Deals Right Now

Rise Internet has simplified its lineup into three core tiers to ensure you don't have to overpay for the speeds you need. You can save a massive $240 a year across any of these plans by taking advantage of their $20 per month AutoPay discount.

  • Family Plan (Up to 150 Mbps): $29.99 per month, which includes the $20 AutoPay discount. This entry-level plan is best for 2+ simultaneous HD video streams and 10+ connected devices.
  • Level Up Plan (Up to 500 Mbps): $49.99 per month, which includes the $20 AutoPay discount. This mid-tier plan supports 10+ streams and 20+ devices. Customers can add Total Home Advanced Wi-Fi for $7.50/month.
  • Pro Plan (Up to 1 Gig): $79.99 per month, which includes the $20 AutoPay discount. In our opinion, this is the ultimate package for heavy users, supporting 50+ streams and 30+ devices. It also features Total Home Advanced Wi-Fi 7 included completely for free.

What You Get With Every Plan

Rise Internet has stripped away the traditional telecom hassle to give you internet on your terms. According to their latest marketing guarantees, every single plan automatically includes:

  • Unlimited data: There are no data caps to monitor on their featured plans. (Note: Rise's general terms do state that, depending on the specific plan purchased, a standard data quota could apply with fees for overages, but their current primary lineup is actively promoted as having unlimited data.
  • No contracts & no hidden fees: You're not locked into long-term commitments or surprise upcharges.
  • US-based support: You get localized, dependable customer service.
  • Customizable add-ons: You can easily add digital phone service or upgrade your network coverage with Advanced Wi-Fi mesh systems.

The Fine Print: Fees & Terms to Watch Out For

At InMyArea, we always recommend reading the fine print before signing up for a new internet service provider. Here's what you need to know about Rise Internet's Terms and Conditions:

  • The 30-to-40 day refund window: Rise offers a full refund on your connection fee and your first month's service fee if you cancel between 30 and 40 days after installation. However, you must maintain active service for that entire initial 30-day period to qualify. Canceling before the installation is complete means you forfeit the connection fee refund.
  • Equipment & restocking fees: Rise owns the consumer premises equipment (CPE) installed at your home. If you cancel your service, you will be charged an equipment restocking fee. Furthermore, if you fail to return the equipment within 30 days of cancellation, you will be charged a replacement fee directly to the card on file.
  • Credit checks & deposits: When signing up, Rise Internet may perform a soft credit check (which won't impact your credit score) to verify your identity and determine account terms. If you opt out of this check, you can instead pay a $200 refundable deposit. This deposit is refunded either upon cancellation or after 12 consecutive months of active service with AutoPay enrollment.
  • Late payments: Missing a payment will result in late fees. Rise may also disconnect your service for non-payment, which would require you to pay a Reconnect Fee to restore your connection.
